German to English Medical Medical (general) physiotherapy, movement
The whole phrase is : AR (bei Hueftflexion + Knieflexion). It has to do with movement of the limbs, e.g. flexion, abduction, adduction. This relates to the hip joint and appears in a table under a column titled as "Movement direction / test movement".

Refers to limb movements, opposite of 'Innenrotation' (naturally!)
