Referring to a dental electroforming unit. I'm a bit stuck on "innovative Details zum Handling" - a literal translation certainly won't work. TIA for helping me come up with a more acceptable rephrase.

You are right: a literal translation won't work here. Can "details" be "innovative"? Hm... sonds kind of strange, I think. Your suggestion ("little innovations that make it easier to handle") is pretty good. However, I would leave out the adjective "little". Whether the innovations mentioned in the source text are "little" or not is something the translator should not decide.

Suggestion: innovations that make it easier to *use*

Of course, you can "handle" a dental electroforming unit, but why not just "use" it? The word "use" can - and often should - be used as a synonym of the overused verb "handle". Just my 2 cents. HTH
