I am translating a doctor's letter on a 72 year old patient suffering from a metastatic (pleural, pulmonal, hapatic, bronchial, osseal) brochial carcinoma.

The section in question reads: "über der Lunge rechts amphorisches Atomgeräusch, Herzaktion regelmäßig normfrequent, ***maschinenartiges Herzgeräusch*** über Aorta und Herzspitze.
