Card.) : intermediate heart Reuter & Reuter (see below) >> Einhoven I, II, III -- Goldberger aVR, aVL, aVF -- Durch Ableitung der Einthoven- und Goldberger-Ableitungen kann der Lagetyp der elektrischen Herzachse in der Frontalebene bestimmt werden. Der Lagetyp ist die Richtung des Hauptausschlages der EKG-Kurve. Normalerweise zeigt die elektrische Herzachse wie die anatomische Herzachse nach links (Indifferenztyp, Richtung der Ableitung II).
