Wird das Formteil bei einer Temperatur über 60°C entformt, können sich Kristalle bilden und dies führt zu der gewünschten Stabilität. Während der Verarbeitung neigt die Folie zum kleben. Dies stellt bei der Verarbeitung auf einem Rollenautomaten bei dem die Folie **in Ketten eingestachelt an der Seite gehalten** durch die Anlage läuft kein Problem da. Es verhindert allerdings eine Verarbeitung auf Form- Füll- und Verschließanlagen.

Ich musste kurzfristig in diese Materie (Thermoformen von Folien aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen) "hineinspringen", daher fehlt mir hier etwas der Hintergrund und ich hoffe, hier einen Lösungsvorschlag zu erhalten.
