I've thought of this but I'm not happy with "customer's positive experience". What do you think? Any ideas?

This is a marketing brochure about a spare parts consulting service offered by an automaker to its dealers. It contains lots of bla-bla. Is "positives Erlebnis unseres Kunden" different from "positives Kundenerlebnis"?

What you've written would mean the "positives Erlebnis unseres Kunden". Anyway, any more information on context, i.e. what this company is and does? And this is for a marketing brochure?

In this case, you would say 'a positive customer experience'--that sounds more natural than 'customer's positive experience.'
