I found this as expert opinion: Farben sind NICHT durch Worte (hellblau, giftgrün usw.) exakt zu beschreiben. Man muß Sie an Beispielen sehen. Solche Beispiele sind die RAL-Farbkarten...

neutral  Richard Benham: I think "gut feeling" might be more appropriate for "bilious green". ;-) But seriously, even green bile is nowhere near as green as "giftgrün". Besides "bilious" implies it makes you feel sick. "Noxious" also has highly negative connotations.

just a thought -- compare the Google images

This site (and others) http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/arthazards/paint1.html would suggest "emerald green". See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris_Green, and plenty of googles also support "paris green", e.g. http://www.anthus.com/Colors/Colors_P.html

Giftgrün does not appear to be standard in RAL. "Toxic green" might be another option.
