Context is a link list from a financial consulting site. The link actually points to "Gesetze und Erlasse" at www.fm.nrw.de (clicking through to "Infos für Steuerzähler" / "Gesetze und Erlasse"). Unfortunately it looks as if the site has been overhauled as I can't see any mention of:

Landeshaushaltsordnung
Mitteilungsverordnung

It's the second one I'm stuck on. Any ideas?

(And yes, the link probably will be scrapped in the end, unless by some miracle there are English versions of all the statutes, which is doubtful...)
