OR

to continue what I said before: whereas in a book, an addendum (sometimes referred to as an "appendix") is a supplemental addition to a given main work. It may correct errors, explain inconsistencies or otherwise detail or update the information found in the main work, especially if any such problems were detected too late to correct the main work.

though not being a lawyer, I venture to maintain that annex is the English term generally used for Anlage in texts of this sort. cf.:

Federal Data Protection Act Annex to article 9

I would refrain from adding "German" since it is not included in the abbreviation.
