accidental / event-driven insider Explanation: Never really heard the terms "Anlass-Insider" and "Regel-Insider" in German, but I think what they mean are accidental (or secondary/event) and primary (or intentional) insiders. See "English as a Legal Language" Kluver Law, 1999 or google the term "accidental insider". |
