zu erheben. Bitte überweisen Sie die Gebühr bis spätestens 14 Tage nach Erhalt des Gebührenbescheides unter Angabe der im Überweisungsträger genannten Daten."

From a sort of statement of charges (Gebührbescheid) for a clinical trial. I haven't got the slightest idea what "ABl. BB" stands for. TIA for your assistance.

  -> Could be, depending of the country and other things.Also journal seems to be wider used and gazette a little old-fashioned term.
