What does Bestandesprovision mean? I understand that the bank receives a commission but I don't know how to translate Bestand in this context.

Im Rahmen der aktuellen MiFID Anforderungen sind die Banken bzw. Finanzinstitute verpflichtet, die korrekte Bestandspflegeprovision für den einzelnen Kunden auszuweisen. Zudem muß der Kunde lt. BGH-Urteil über anfallende Kick-Back-Provisionen informiert werden.
Trailer-Fee, wird von Kapitalanlagegesellschaften und Emittenten als Anreiz zur Vertriebsförderung verwendet.
Trailer Fee wird oft auch als Retrozession oder auch Bestandsvergütung, Bestandsprovision oder Bestandspflegekommission genannt.
