neutral  Roddy Stegemann: This translation suggest that the additional (anschliessender) one-year extension includes the first three months of the initial contract. It appears improper.

  -> Not at all, if it was meant to include the first three months, it would be a nine-month extension. Swaps always are traded in 3 month cycles, so should really say 12-month extension, but in German it may sound strange.
