German term or phrase: interessewahrend
According to the UBS lexicon "Dieser Zusatz bei Wertpapieraufträgen ermächtigt den Händler, im Interesse des Anlegers selbständig Limite zu setzen und den Marktentwicklungen anzupassen oder einen Auftrag in mehreren Tranchen und ggf. über mehrere Tage zu verteilen.
Interessewahrende Aufträge werden i. d. R. ohne Limitzusatz erteilt."

My question is whether there is a 1 or 2-word term in English that conveys this same meaning. Or do I have to construct something like "/as a limit order/ at the dealer's discretion in the seller's interest"?

My specific source text relates to the sale of shares acquired when exercising employee stock options and is:

"Die Aktien jedes Mitarbeiters werden zusammen mit allen anderen zum Verkauf anstehenden Aktien aus Optionen von Mitarbeitern während des 10-tägigen Ausübungsfensters interessewahrend verkauft. "

agree  David Moore (X): According to Eichborn, this is US-speak; as Ted is in the USA, I'm happy to agree, but Ralf, IS there a different expression for the European?
