Entsendungsbescheinigung

German to English Bus/Financial Insurance Es geht um die Befreiung von Social Security,
für einen Arbeitnehmer, der für ein deutsches Unternehmen in den USA arbeitet.

"Bis einschließlich 10.07.2016 stellte der deutsche zuständige Träger eine entsprechende Entsendungsbescheinigung aus.

Ich habe überall gesucht und kann es nirgenwo finden. Es ist auf keinen Fall "Certificate auf posting", das hat was mit der Post zu tun.

It does say "cover(age)," though. Sorry, but this can't be right. All of these "Posting" pages seem to be translated ones.

It might also be worth taking ... ... a look at the hits for "employee transfer" or "transferred employee" in a US context - although I agree with Irene that "posting" is the term of art in most of the world. If you want to avoid any ambiguity, you could use "posted employee certificate".

Schweizer Arbeitgebende können Arbeitnehmende vorübergehend in einen EU-Staat, einen anderen EFTA-Staat oder einen Vertragsstaat entsenden.
Mit gültiger Entsendungsbescheinigung ist der Erwerbstätige weiterhin den Sozialversicherungen der Schweiz unterstellt und von Beiträgen an die Sozialversicherungen des Gastlandes befreit. Der Arbeitnehmer muss vor der Entsendung in der Schweiz versichert gewesen sein, und der Arbeitgeber muss die Absicht haben, ihn nach der Entsendung weiterhin zu beschäftigen.
Die Entsendungsbescheinigung ist im Gastland dem Versicherungsträger zu übergeben, der für den Arbeitgeber zuständig ist.

Posting: Where am I insured if my employer sends me to work in another country? Before leaving, you should make sure you get an ‘A1’ document which certifies that you are covered by the legislation of the country from which you are posted.
This is applicable within the EU.

Certificate of coverage
A certificate of coverage issued by one country serves as proof of exemption from Social Security taxes on the same earnings in the other country...
To establish your exemption from coverage under the U.S. Social Security system, your employer in Germany must request a certificate of coverage (form D/USA 101) from the local German Sickness Fund that collects your German Social Security taxes.
The same information required for a certificate of coverage from the United States is needed to get a certificate of coverage from Germany except that you must show German Social Security number rather than your U.S. Social Security number.
