Hello everyone and thanks a lot for your help and input! I am rather seeking for a matter-of-fact translation (1) as this text is only the accompanying letter for a visitor folder which will be sent by mail to the visitors. So far, I prefer the suggested translation "Its prestige radiates..."

There are two schools of thought: 1) you are looking for a matter-of-fact (UTT = under the top) message for exhibitors and visitors; 2) you are seeking to inspire them by incorporating the light and warmth of Strahlkraft into your text. Could you please steer us in the right direction?

neutral Lancashireman : "in den Bereichen Energieeffizienz und Ökoenergie": This version is missing the reference to Strahlkraft.// Asker is obviously hoping to get the Energie/Strahl wordplay in. Your version sounds a bit flat (UTT as opposed to OTT).

One meaning of Strahlkraft is "influence"
agree philgoddard : I think the wordplay, assuming there is any, is incidental. I've often seen variations on this phrase that don't relate to electricity.

I would not use it that way because it sounds clumsier then//I would favor ease of expression over grammatical precision (unless we’d then be left with really bad grammar) Here, there seems little danger of people drawing wrong conclusions
