Discussion

Klaus Urban (asker) Jan 12, 2006:
Teresa Reinhardt Jan 12, 2006:
Then I'd google for "flexibilization" and get an EU term; Eurodicautom might also help
Klaus Urban (asker) Jan 12, 2006:
Aniello Scognamiglio (X) Jan 12, 2006:
Hallo Klaus! Sprachkombi?

making work hours more flexible, introducing flextime - NOT exactly a concept in the US (where I think people now work more hours on average than the Japanese)

always depending on context...

introducing flexitime

In my employment in the UK the system is called "flexitime". I assume Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung is the introduction of the system, not the system itself.

agree Maureen Millington-Brodie : or formally "introducing flexible working hours"
