Maßstab und Ziel ist die Sicherung der Nachhaltigkeit bei der Durchführung der Weltmeisterschaften in Abstimmung mit den sportlichen, kulturellen, wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und umweltbezogenen Belangen.

I know the words of course, but can't get a good English phrase to suit. The context is guidelines on bidding to host a sports event, this begins the section on aims of the bid. Thanks for any suggestions.
