Hi there,
I have come across this at the end of a text about Internet security for a company in Austria (in a procedure regulation)
Behördenkommunikation: Strafanzeige bei der Polizei, Meldung an die Kriminalpolizei (BKA), ***Hr. Österreicher +43 1 ???***
I just suspect that Herr Oesterreicher might not be someone's name... and might have a more general sense (the question marks are theirs...). Sorry there is no more context, but hopefully that will suffice.

Please see Nick's comment below. Why should a person be asked to contact a "Max Mustermann" at the Austrian (or German, for that matter) BKA? IMHO, this wouldn't make any sense.
