Catering Equipment Catalogue
"GN-Zwischensteg 1/1
längs 530 mm
GN-Zwischensteg 1/1
quer 325 mm"
Even on the very last page, this catering catalogue is still giving me grief. I can't find "Zwischensteg" in any dictionary, and the only ProZ reference was for a stamp-collecting context. GN is gastronorm. A GN-Zwischensteg appears to be designed for a gastronorm container. TIA for your help. This is somewhat urgent.

Check this out!
It still is a gutter but nothing to do with butchery.
This is to collect and/or carry away some kind of materials or substances.

: not gutter in a catering equipment context; if you're guessing, please adjust your confidence level accordingly (1 or 2 and not 4)

who did mention equipment! Was there any context. Gutter just relates to catering

: nice research - it had to be some kind of divider and that 'separator bar' looks good to me

Comment: "Well, you get the points after all for your final note. As Deborah said, nice research! I will use separator bar then. Thank you very much for your assistance - we got there in the end! :-) Thanks also to the others who offered an idea, and apologies once more to anyone I upset by remarks made in moments of high stress. I really do appreciate and value all the help I get here."

intermediate rail
The three language page (german, french, english), the link to which I give below, gives the "intermediate rail" english equivalent for the german Zwischensteg.

: you actually looked it up? is this site only accessible from Poland? ;-)

Not only, I suppose. If you can't open it, then, write in a search engine dialog box zwischensteg and "intermediate rail " and you will find it.
