“Piping” is absolutely correct itself, and it was my first choice. However, I did not satisfy by it because it is too general, and “piping made from pipes” sounds not in the best way. Refrigeratory system is more specific and relevant to subject matter, it is placed directly in the mentioned German-Russian dictionary, besides it sounds better and clearly for a target audience

Can you have "4-sided piping"? Or does this mean "piping on 4 sides"?
