From a catalogue for food display counters and so forth. I don't understand what is meant by "UmluftkühlEINSATZ". Is it the same as an "UmluftkühlVITRINE", or is something different meant here? TIA for any light you can shed on yet another obscure catering term!

The Umluftk�hlVITRINE is the whole showcase, the EINSATZ is literally an insert, a unit/piece of equipment they put in or around the case to provide circulating air. If it's on the outside of the case, the air is fed in through a tube or whatever.
