I found 'Düsenstockheizung' as a device that brings fuel to the right temperature before ignition. Is this the same thing? If so, what is it in English?

"The heated nozzle assembly of the version H burners causes the fuel oil to form a thin film in the nozzle whilst simultaneously reducing its viscosity. In this way, for the same nozzle and the same atomizing pressure, the actual oil throughput is reduced - thus enabling the
burners to fire even extremely low capacity without any problems."
