Marketing - Energy / Power Generation
German term or phrase: Anspruch
Here's the context, "Ihre Antwort ist uns Ansporn und Anspruch zugleich …"
This a marketing text for a renewable energy company. The quote is the answer to a rhetorical question to the potential client. I am having trouble getting just the right meaning here. It has to be sort of snappy advertising copy...Any help is greatly appreciated.

(ultimate) objective/goal
Explanation:
"... reflects both our incentive and our (ultimate) objective..."

But without more context, it's hard to know if that fits.

It could also be this: "our mission"

or our "aim"...

agree  Paul Cohen: Way to go, Janis! "...both an incentive and a challenge"...? / Apparently, it didn't fit the Asker's context, but I thought you were taking in this in a very interesting direction with "challenge/challenging"...
