Discussion

John Jory Jun 24, 2009:
Electrical data is correct Regarding explosion protection, "zulässige Anschlussdaten" always involves the electrical data, as stored electrical energy (capacitance, inductance) is essentially the only way that an electrical device can trigger an explosion.
Nicola Wood Jun 23, 2009:
Anschluss would mean connection, so does this not mean data/ information on permitted connections ie. how you can connect this item to others (eg. electrical sockets, depending on what the items in question are)? Not quite sure how you would best translate this, but not sure that electrical quite covers it.

neutral Bruce Appleton : 'Connection' certainly. 'Settings' is more like 'Einstellungen'. I'd go for 'specifications'.

neutral Andrea Teltemann : I'd use "admissible" = zulässig instead of permitted which is "zugelassen"

agree John Jory : permissible/admissible electrical data (see my comment above)
