im Aufnahmestaat geforderte Ausbildung dem zuzuordnen ist

Dieses zeungins stellt damit ein Diplom im Sinne des Art...Buchstabe x) der Richtlinie XY dar und entspricht gemäß.....dieser RL einem Ausbildungsnachweis, der an Hochschul- oder Universitätsausbildung abschließt, unabhängig davon, ob die im Aufnahmestaat geforderte Ausbildung Art......der RL zuzuordnen ist.

Frage:kann mir jemand helfen den Sinn richitg zu verstehen? was ist gemeint mit:der an Hochschulen abschließt? dass man normalerweise, nach der Matura mit der Universitären Ausbildung fortfährt, oder wie?
2) und was soll bedeuten: unabhängig davon, ob die im Aufnahmestaat geforderte Ausbildung der RL zuzuordnen ist?

I did find the expression "Abschluss des Grundstudiums" or "completion of basic studies" in Beolingus dictionary, so I suspect that it may not be a typo after all as suggested. May I know what "RL" stands for?

@ Simona Hi! 1.) First of all, it can only mean "ANschließt", and I understand that to mean that it is the Zeugnis/Diplom awarded on conclusion on a "Hochschul- oder Universitätsausbildung." However, it is EXTREMELY unusual for a Zeugnis/Diplom to have a typo of that magnitude.
2.) From the passage you quoted "Ausbildungsnachweis, der an Hochschul-/Uniausbildung ab(an)schließt" it does not at all sound like it is a Maturazeugnis. Would you please give us more context, for ex. the exact title of the Zeugnis, the ausstellende Schule/Institution and the Lehrgang/Studium/course of study. That would be a big help. Thanks!

ja, daran habe ich auch schon gedacht, aber das wäre ja dann vom Sinn her auch nicht richtig,
denn bei dem Diplom handet es sich ja um ein Maturazeugnis
