Es wird ein neues Verteilnetz per *Stammdatendialog* in einer Regelzone eingerichtet.

The Verteilnetz is an elec. distribution grid. Could we just say "through a dialogue with master data"?

agree  tectranslate ITS GmbH: I think it is THE master data dialog, though, not "a dialog containing". I doubt that there is more than one of these - that would be somewhat atypical.
