Dress rehearsal with makeup Explanation: Maskenprobe would be a rehearsal in makeup, and I found this definition, which backs this assumption up: Bei Film und Fernsehen: Beurteilung der geschminkten Hauptpartien und der Frisuren vor der elektronischen Kamera oder Filmkamera I would normally assume a dress rehearsal to be in full costume AND makeup, but maybe this isn't always the case. Take a look at http://www.bishoplynch.org/Tech Week.htm, which although it's only for a school play, but has 2 dress rehearsals, with and without makeup That might be the solution here, i.e. "Kostümprobe, Maskenprobe" = "dress rehearsals with and without makeup" |
