Eine handschriftliche Eintragung auf einer Geburtsurkunde, wobei "Der Eh" und "Mutter" von der linken oberen Ecke des Dokumentes verdeckt ist und von mir so angenommen wird.

Gibt es für so einen Nachtrag eine englische Standardfloskel oder wird das einfach als
...granted his surname XXX... übersetzt.?
