German term

im vollkaufmännischen Geschäftsverkehr

German to English Law/Patents Business/Commerce (general)
This term occurs in a company's general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. I have found many examples of the German term on the Internet but have been unable to find an English equivalent. What does it mean exactly?

vollkaufmännischen from Vollkaufmann
disagree Kim Metzger : Where did "fully qualified" come from. The "voll-" in Vollkaufmann has nothing to do with qualifications. A Vollkaufmann is a general merchant who has been entered in the commercial register.
