"Globalisierung bedeutet auch die Notwendigkeit, sich in der globalen Wirtschaft schnell an Veränderungen anzupassen. Damit gehen neue Geschäfts- und Unternehmensmodelle einher, die ein homogenes Unternehmensgebilde zunehmend erschweren und vielfältige Anforderungen an die Organisation stellen. Dabei geht es nicht allein um die rein geographische Ausdehnung mit der damit einhergehenden „rund-um-die-Uhr“ Geschäftstätigkeit, sondern auch um den wachsenden Trend zur Ausgliederung und Virtualisierung von Geschäftsbeziehungen. Es wird zunehmend schwierig die Frage zu beantworten, wo ein Unternehmen anfängt und wo es aufhört. Corporate Governance bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang, dass die Unternehmensführung flexibel und agil handeln muß, ohne Abstriche an ihren Steuerungs- und Kontrollaufgaben zu machen."

Not entirely sure, but I think this should be read as "Ausgliederung" and "Virtualisierung von Geschäftsbeziehungen", which would seem to make sense. In which case, "outsourcing" is the term you want I think.
