Responsible in the sense of the German "Pressegesetz"

This seems to be the standard way of referring to this phrase. As in:

In any case of doubt please contact the editor. Responsible in the sense of the German "Pressegesetz" (law on publishing/news):

I also came across this:

Responsible in the sense of § 6 of the German "Mediendienste-Staatsvertrages" is Felix Schwarz. The address can be extracted from the imprint.

But both of these sites are German (see below) and there was no abbreviation used. Maybe you could come up with your own abbreviation and then explain it somewhere in a footnote?
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : or another standard legal term for "...im Sinne des..." = "...within the meaning of..."; doesn't resolve the abbreviation problem though, for which I would opt for Christa's suggestion. "Pressegesetz" also "Press Law/Charter"
