advisory board/committee for formation/incorporation Explanation: My technical dictionaries do not have anything to offer, but Beirat is an advisory board or committee and Gruendung is formation, establishment, foundation, organization, and incorporation. Hope this helps!! |

Foundation advisory board Explanation: Concur with Leipzig. Among the Beirat alternatives I think board is the more formal and thus to be chosen. The same goes for Gründungs- 13 yrs in Germany |

See below Explanation: The Advisory Board of ..... under formation Insert "the company" - or the name of the company if it already has one. .... that is, if it is necessary to be specific. If it has already been explained or if it is implied that we are talking of a company under formation, then "the Advisory Board" might suffice or even be preferable. |

"incorporation board of directors" (AE) or "incorporation supervisory board" (BE) Explanation: This term is used like the terms "board of directors" (AE) or "supervisory board" (BE) during the establishment / formation / incorporation phase. Nearly all the Google hits I got were primarily for associations, clubs and foundations like the Steffi Graf "Children for Tomorrow" Foundation at this site: http://www.steffi-graf.de/de/children/content.html But I suppose the term could also be used for a temporary "incorporation board of directors" (AE) or "incorporation supervisory board" (BE) during the incorporation phase at the beginning of a corporation's lifespan. - HTH - Dan |
