"Die vom Vorgesetzen zu genehmigenden Reisekosten der v. g. Mitarbeiter müssen innerhalb von 7 Arbeitstagen nach der Reise erfasst werden und der Buchhaltung zur Bearbeitung zur Verfügung stehen."

This is probably very simple, but I can't find any indication of what the "v. g." means here. It is in general guidelines on travel expenses, applicable to all of the company's employees, so the obvious option of "vorgenannter" wouldn#t seem abbplicable, as no specific employee is mentioned anywhere in the document.
