Mit Wirkung zum tt. mmmmm 2006 sind die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden von 18 Kommanditgesellschaften, deren Kommanditanteile von der ANONYM KG gehalten wurden, durch Ausscheiden des jeweiligen Komplementärs auf die ANONYM KG mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angewachsen. Die Anschaffungskosten der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden entsprechen den jeweiligen Anschaffungskosten der ursprünglichen Kommanditanteile. Die Differenz zwischen dem Buchwert der untergehenden Anteile an den Kommanditgesellschaften und den Buchwerten des Reinvermögens wurde als Geschäfts- und Firmenwert in Höhe von TEUR n.nnn aktiviert und wird über 15 Jahre linear abgeschrieben.
I understand what's going on, it's just that the dictionaries have let me down on "untergehende Anteile" ("what are you sinking about?")

agree  Alison Schwitzgebel: true, but I just got back from walking the dog and it's too hot for that either. Time to take ye olde lap-top to the Freibad - but I doubt I'll get much work done there ;-)
