Georgian to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Fiction

The writer is talking about the fountains of Rome - some are formed from sculptures of gods, other from fish with open mouths, and others from ჩასაბერი ნიჟარები. Obviously a ნიჟარა is a shell or a basin, and ჩასაბერი means "wind" as in "wind instruments", but what is a ჩასაბერი ნიჟარა?
