Certificate of Conformity Explanation: IMHO, in this context it means simply certificate (or declaration) of conformity: The Certificate of Conformity Europe (CE mark) is a mark to indicate that the product to which it is affixed is in conformance with EU Product Safety Directives. These EU Directives apply to all products that are to be put into service for the first time inside the European Economic Area. http://www.bestsub.net/about-bestsub/certificate-.html CE words coming from the French "Commutate European” is the meaning of the European Community. Later, the European Community evolved into the European Union (the EU). So now the CE mark is a mandatory certification mark for all around European Union, both within the EU enterprise products, and products from other countries. |
