Utilizzato per la consegna di radiofarmaci a un laboratorio: "XX sera livré dans le SAS de livraison du labo chaud du service de Médecine nucléaire..."
Ho capito esattamente di cosa si tratta ma non riesco a trovare un equivalente in italiano. L'unico testo che ho trovato in merito parla di "varco passa-preparati", che rende l'idea ma non mi convince tanto.

En conditionnement d'air, les locaux ont un très bon niveau d'étanchéité. Pour éviter des entrées d'air extérieur dues aux communications inévitables entre locaux, on installe des zones (sas) d'accès ou la pression sera telle que l'air extérieur ne pourra y pénétrer.
On mettra en œuvre une régulation de pression des zones concernées à l'aide du changement de position de registres de réglage et/ou de l'ajustement de la vitesse de rotation des ventilateurs.

Please search for "Nuclear Medicine Lab" and SAS. This is not a widely known and used term. These medicaments are used and delivered especially upon individual request for terminaly ill cancer patients. These are drugs not yet registered.
