pardon, ho notato soltanto ora che il termine indicato era "cotes mutuels". Dal riferimento in francese, si tratta di due concetti distinti "paris à cotes fixes" e "paris mutuels"
rispettivamente sarebbe: "scommesse a quota fissa" e "scommesse a totalizzatore"
