Il est aussi cultivé en France sous le nom de LLedoner Pelut. Il possède une grappe moyenne, tronco-pyramidale, la baie est sphérique. Il est considéré comme plus vigoureux mais aussi moins sensible à la coulure. Son époque de débourrement est moyenne-tardive, un peu après le Grenache N, mais il est plus sensible que lui aux acariens. Très productif il présente une période de maturité moyenne-tardive.
