"pallette" könnte etwas flügelartiges sein. Diese Art von Türgriffen gibt es in der Tat. Im Fachwörterbuch Kfz-Technik Deutsch - Englisch wird er als "pull-out door handle = Türziehgriff" bezeichnet: "(Außentürgriff, der zum Öffnen der Tür vom Türblech weggeklappt wird. Heute nicht mehr gebräuchlich)"
