The patient is being tested for a pulmonary embolism and under clinical course I have the following:
ECG sans particularité
Donc score Le Gall = 1 = très faible probabilité
I couldn't find anything in English resembling "Score de Le Gall" however "Score de Genève révisé" is often in parentheses after it (http://www.sup-numerique.gouv.fr/pid33288/moteur-des-ressour...
Is it the same?

Thank you Phil, I guess it must be G Le Gal, but score de Le Gal gives 0 Ghits in French when score de Le Gall gives 18,800
