Il s'agit d'un long fragment constitué au centre rameaux nerveux. Focalement, on observe une tuméfaction constituée d'un remaniement fibrovasculaire périnerveux. Pas d'infiltrat inflammatoire notable.

In the context of a path report idiomatic medical pathologist translation would be:
"...Focally, perineural fibrosis is seen…"
Not the word by word but the way that whole sentence would be said in English…
