George more context: it's regarding transplant patients with a CMV strain resisting Ganciclovir; I wrote the sentence above as is, which is not clear at all, I know that much! I'd give you more context, but there's a whole paragraph of/like this! Basically, after tests were done to determine the level of resistance, and that it is low... then there's that bit about "une CI50 en bas de 20 � 30 micro molaires", "aux douze heures". Thanks for trying!
