I'm translating the website for a agricultural company from French (France) into English (UK) and am having trouble with the phrase 'Il fait jour' in this context. Please see the section below for full context:

In a literal translation 'il fait jour' means 'it's daytime' or 'it's light', which can also mean 'it's obvious or evident'. NB: 'se faire jour' means 'to become clear', which is why I suggested 'It's evident that one of the subsidiaries is in contact with subsidiaries and distribution centres..' . According to the words of the information given, the subsidiary (literally) 'radiates' or 'beams' towards more than 100 countries with subsidiaries and distribution centres in four continents. I suggested it was 'evident' that the subsidiary described was in contact with other places, instead of suggesting that it was 'inevitably or necessarily daytime, or the light of day, shining (or radiating) towards the other subsidiaries'. This was from the French words: "Il fait forcément jour dans l'une de nos filiales! Rayonnant vers plus de cent pays, nos filiales et centres de distribution sont implantés sur quatres continents .."
