La terre végétale doit être manipulée en conditions sèches à légèrement humides après avoir reçu l’accord du Gestionnaire Environnemental du site de XXX. La terre végétale trop humide ne devra pas être remuée par des engins, ni stockée ou même étalée ; il faut attendre et la laisser ///se ressuyer/// avant d’intervenir en considérant préalablement l’avis du coordinateur environnement de XXX.

"Ressuyer" means "to dry partially" but I'm wondering if there is a scientifc term for it.
