French term or phrase: Formation BAC + 5
On a recruiting website:

"Formation BAC + 5 ou Ecole d’Ingénieur"

De formation BAC+5 ou école d’Ingénieur avec minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en Management de Projet, notamment en planification de projet.

https://www.wordreference.com/fren/BAC -- helps me understand that "BAC+5 means the student has completed five years of higher education after his/her Bachelor's Degree" -- so -- does that essentially mean a Master's Degree?

The "ou Ecole d'Ingénieur" is throwing me off a bit.

Having trouble coming up with the most appropriate translation here, so -- off to the races with the experts.

Merci d'avance.

Master's degree

Explanation:
In the French education system the Baccalaureate (BAC) is the equivalent of a HS diploma in the United States. The +X is the years of higher education after that. The equivalent of a US Bachelor's degree is a "Licence" which is obtained after three years hence BAC + 3 (years of tertiary education). The equivalent of a Master's degree is an additional two years after the Licence: BAC + 5 (years of tertiary education).

In the reference, notice the undergrad programs are 3 years long and the master's programs are 2 years.

I assume your question is about "+5", since you've looked up "bac" and "école d'ingénieur" is pretty straightforward.
