Finnish term

Tri/hoit.

Finnish to English Medical Medical (general)
An invoice from a hospital contains a table with the following headings:

"
Koodi -- Pvm -- Tri/hoit. -- Seloste ----------- Alv % -- [...]
"

Seemingly "hoit." refers to "hoito", but what about "Tri"? Is it short for something else?

Thanks

UPDATE: I've scanned the context further, and now it seems likelier that "hoit." stands for "hoitaja", rather than "hoito" as I originally thought.
