Finnish term
menoihin poistuu (??)

general expression
Hello all,
The phrase is the following:
Monivuotinen rahoituskehys tulee pakolliseksi, menojen luokitus pakollisiin ja ei-pakollisiin menoihin poistuu ja budjettikäsittely lyhenee.
It has been translated in English as:
The multi annual financial framework will become mandatory, the classification of expenditure into compulsory and non compulsory expenditure ***will go***, and budget proceedings will be shorter.
I have to translate the English version into Greek (my mother tongue) and I am trying to verify the English expression ***will go***. Based on the Finnish original, what does it mean, something like "will be eliminated"?
I need to stress that I am not sure whether I put the correct phrase in the question field, as I do not know Finnish. I am looking for verification/ explanation of the Finnish expression which was translated in English as "will go".
Thank you very much!
