Thanks for your note. Before asking the question, I had found charpy impact test. I was unsure whether this is correct or not, but when I saw Neda's answer and agreements, I thought this is correct.

I have my doubts about your selection because there are many hits in Google if you do a search on تست شارپی, which tells me that this would have been used been used in the first place in the Persian text if, indeed, it was the Charpy test.
